Farmer impoverishment continues, barring a few. They are not equipped to act on these sane advices. Assisting them has also not helped their resurrection. They continue to be in penury and destitution. Crestfallen, a few are turning towards suicide. Middlemen wreck farmers lives at every opportunity. Simply put, all these efforts miss the wood for the trees.
